talent management
I have worked with activists, politicians, nonprofit leaders, creatives, and academics to help them tell the personal stories behind human rights and equality movements. With creative frameworks, engaging production, and compelling visuals, the below speeches and performances have provided global audiences with new perspectives on human dignity and freedom.

Vanessa Tsehaye & One Day Seyoum
In 2018, I had the pleasure of advising Vanessa Tsehaye, a young Swedish-Eritrean activist, on her first Oslo Freedom Forum talk. After six months of interviews, speech drafts, and rehearsals, Vanessa gave a moving testimony about her imprisoned uncle that catalyzed a movement within the Eritrean diaspora across Europe. Since her speech, Vanessa’s advocacy organization One Day Seyoum has received more than $10,000 USD in donations and tripled its volunteer base.
