Alexandra Prow is an interdisciplinary vocalist, pianist, and creative producer based in New York City. Originally from Shelby, North Carolina, she received her BA in Music from Vassar College. She has performed with ensembles at Carnegie Hall (New York), The Kennedy Center (Washington, D.C.), Christ Church Cathedral (Oxford), and UNESCO Headquarters (Paris). She currently studies with Steinway Artist Jeanne Golan and bass-baritone Robert Osborne, and is a member of the Oratorio Society of New York.
She has produced public events and programs for social justice and human rights organizations in venues around the world, including Det Norske Teatret (Oslo), Museo Nacional de AntropologĂa (Mexico City), Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice (New York), and Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall (New York). In addition to her work as a nonprofit program consultant, Alexandra has served as Director of the Oslo Freedom Forum and as Associate Director of Program Management at Purpose Campaigns.
